We believe in whole patient care, including psychological, social and physical well being.
 

THE PRACTICE TEAM

We are a General Practice providing primary health care within the NHS from surgeries on two sites, one at Wembley and the other at Willesden.

We are a practice of five GP partners and three Salaried GPs ; we also have GP Registrars who work with us alongside Practice Nurses, District Nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants. We are supported by a strong administration team including a practice manager, secretaries, receptionists, administrators and data analyst.

Our aim is to achieve a high standard of care for all of our patients, providing a wide range of services in a friendly environment.  Our Surgeries are located on Harrow Road in Wembley and on Wrottesley Road in Willesden (see map). A wide range of social and ethnic groups are represented.
 

Disabled Patients

There is parking at each site with easy, level access designed for wheelchair access. We also have a suitably adapted toilet at both surgeries. Each of our surgeries has wheelchair access to reception, ground floor consulting rooms and toilets. We have installed induction loop systems to help patients using ‘T’ coil hearing aids.
