We are pleased to announce that BeeZee Families will be delivering a free 12-week healthy lifestyle programme for families across Brent.
This evidence-based programme is designed to support families in making healthier choices by promoting balanced eating, regular physical activity, and positive lifestyle changes in a supportive and engaging environment.
Start Date: Wednesday 30th April
Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Alperton Playing Fields
The programme is open to families living in Brent and is completely free of charge.Registration is required to attend.
