You should contact the team if you notice any of the following symptoms:
- Increasing shortness of breath, especially during activity or while lying flat
- Rapid or unexplained weight gain
- Swelling in the feet, ankles, legs, or abdomen
- Persistent fatigue or tiredness
- A noticeable decrease in physical activity or exercise tolerance
- Persistent coughing or wheezing, especially at night.
Early intervention can prevent worsening of symptoms and reduce the need for hospital admission. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms above, please do not delay seeking support.
