Men’s Mental Health Week: It’s Okay to Talk

Non-urgent advice: Men’s Mental Health Week: It’s Okay to Talk

This Men’s Mental Health Week, we’re shining a light on the importance of emotional wellbeing and breaking the stigma around men’s mental health.

Too often, men feel pressure to stay silent about their struggles. But mental health affects everyone—and talking about it is a sign of strength, not weakness.

What You Can Do:

  • Talk to someone you trust—a friend, family member, or colleague.
  • Use support services—your GP, mental health charities, or helplines.
  • Check in with others—sometimes the strongest people are the ones who need support the most.
  • Take care of yourself—physically, emotionally, and socially.

Let’s create a culture where men feel safe to speak up, seek help, and support one another.
