We’re pleased to share details of the upcoming Community In-Reach Event, taking place on Saturday 6th December 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This free community event is open to everyone and offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a day of fun, food, and free health checks. It’s all about bringing the community together to promote health and wellbeing for all.

What to expect

Free food and drinks for everyone
Activities for all ages
Free health checks, including Diabetes check, Blood pressure (BP), BMI Checks and PocDoc Health Assessment’s.

Come along, meet local health and community teams, and take part in a range of activities designed to support your wellbeing.
