We are pleased to host this Digital Inclusion Event to support our patients in developing confidence and skills in using digital health tools. Whether you are unfamiliar with online services or would simply like to make better use of them, our team will be available to guide you in a friendly and supportive setting.

During the session, Meghan our care navigator and Deena, our digital marketing apprentice will shown how to:

Use the NHS App to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
Navigate our practice website to access information and services more easily.
Use AiLeen, our digital assistant, on the website for quick guidance.
Access AiLeen on WhatsApp for convenient support from your mobile device.

Our goal is to help you feel empowered and confident in managing your healthcare online.
