Crickle Clubbers Health & Wellbeing Event – Willesden,

A successful health and wellbeing event at Cricklewood Library provided vital health checks and mental health support for over 60s.

We are pleased to be supporting a health and wellbeing session for the Crickle Clubbers 50+ Club at Cricklewood Library.

This event is aimed at people aged 60+ living in the local area, with many attendees from Irish and White European communities. The focus is on some of the most common health concerns raised by our patients and community members, including:

  • Diabetes
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Bowel cancer
  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • Free Blood pressure (BP) checks
  • Free Glucose checks
  • Free Brief consultation and signposting following results

Health promotion and advice:

  • Looking after your mental health
  • Healthy eating tips and information
  • Information on local support services
