The loss of a loved one can be an incredibly traumatic experience. Bereavement affects individuals in various ways, often leading to emotional and behavioral challenges that can impact daily life.
The feelings that arise during this time are a natural response to an abnormal situation, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. Emotions can be confusing, overwhelming, and unpredictable sometimes resembling the ebb and flow of waves, with some feelings being more intense than others.
