Service’s Included
The Brent Centre for Young People offers specialist mental health support for young people aged 11–18. Services include:
- Talking therapies tailored to young people, including:
- One-to-one therapy sessions
- Group therapy
- Parent work
Therapy based on psychodynamic psychotherapy, helping young people explore and work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Sessions Availability
Sessions will be available at the following places:
- Brent, Westminster, and Inverness centres
- Schools and outreach settings across Brent
Booking Your Appointment
We are also pleased to announce that the following services are now accepting referrals:
- In-House Service – ongoing therapeutic support within schools and the community
- Brief Intervention Service – short-term, focused therapy for specific mental health needs
Referrals are required for most services and must be submitted by GPs using the form on the Brent Centre for Young People’s website, then emailed to clinicaladmin@brentcentre.org.uk.
