The Central and North West London (CNWL) Talking Therapies Service offers a variety of talking therapies for individuals experiencing anxiety, worry, or depression.
It is estimated that one in five people experience anxiety or depression each year, and talking therapies provide essential support and treatment to help individuals overcome these difficulties. If you believe you may be experiencing anxiety or depression, you can refer yourself to the service by following one of the options below:
Online Registration: You can register online by submitting the referral form. Once submitted, CNWL will contact you to arrange a telephone screening appointment to assess your suitability for their services.
Email Option: If you prefer a paper registration form, you may email cnw-tr.brent.iapt@nhs.net.The team will either email or post the form to you. After completing the form, you can return it to them, and they will contact you to schedule a telephone screening appointment.
