The FAB Management Programme is a group-based service offering education and self-management skills for people living with life-limiting conditions who experience fatigue, anxiety, or breathlessness.
The programme is designed to help you understand your symptoms, learn effective techniques to manage them, and improve your overall quality of life.

Who Can Join
The programme is open to:
- Adults with a life-limiting diagnosis causing fatigue, breathlessness, or anxiety that affects daily life
- Carers, who are welcome and encouraged to attend alongside patients
What You Will Learn
Each session focuses on a different aspect of managing your wellbeing:
- Breathlessness: Understand your symptoms and learn coping strategies such as pacing, breathing exercises, and the role of gentle activity
- Fatigue: Learn practical tips to conserve energy, plan your day, and manage tiredness more effectively
- Anxiety: Explore ways to manage anxiety and bring together all the techniques for holistic support

When and Where
- Location: Pembridge Hospice, St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing, W10 6DZ.
- Schedule: The programme runs over three one-hour sessions per month, covering fatigue, anxiety, and breathlessness.
- Time: Sessions take place on the first three Tuesdays of each month, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

You can self-refer or be referred by:
- Your GP
- Any member of the Pembridge multidisciplinary team
Once a referral is made, a member of the team will contact you to discuss your needs and confirm your place.
