Brent’s Stop Tobacco Service is a free, local service designed to help residents and patients in Brent live healthier, smoke-free lives. Whether you’ve tried to quit before or are thinking about it for the first time, the service offers professional advice, encouragement, and personalized plans to help you reach your goal.
How The Service Works
You’ll be matched with a trained advisor who will:
- Get to know your needs and motivations
- Help you create a personalised quit plan
- Offer one-to-one support, encouragement, and practical tips throughout your journey
Who can use the service?
You can access the Stop Tobacco Service if you:
- Live in Brent or are registered with a Brent GP
- Are aged 18 or over
- You are pregnant or live with someone who is
- You chew tobacco or paan
- You smoke shisha
- You are receiving mental health support (such as therapy, counselling or CBT)
- You are receiving support for alcohol or drug use
How to Access The Service
- This is a self-referral service. You do not need a GP appointment.
